Spearfish Canyon Scenic Highway

Spearfish Canyon is the jewel of the Northern Black Hills. Drive the 45 miles scenic loop in about 2-3 hours if you like but you should really spend about 4-5 hours taking in all the natural wonders.

Waterfalls abound all throughout the canyon but the biggest ones are right near the road. Take highway 14a to find Bridal Veil Falls, Roughlock Falls, and Spearfish Falls. If you like to hike, see if you can find 'the Devils Bathtub' or enjoy the nature trail behind the Latchstring in near Savoy.

Green Route - 45 mi
